Jennie was fantastic and super nice! She made sure to focus on areas I really needed help on, she was able to apply a lot of pressure, she used some really effective techniques, and she was extremely kind throughout! I loved the ambiance of the place too. I would definitely go to her again!

I received the premier acne purifying facial and the facial itself is great. Myah made the service even better! She was excellent. Very professional and set a calming atmosphere. I totally recommend this salon and Myah.

I had booked a massage on my birthday with a masseuse I had never been with before back in Nov 2025. It was not a great experience. I shared it on a review, and the owner at this Spavia (Adrienne) contacted me to ask about the experience. I told her about it, and she graciously offered to give me a complimentary massage to redeem it. I had the massage today with Regina and it was wonderful. It was strong yet detailed. I am a first time mom and dealing with some of those postpartum issues like my mommy wrist pain (de Quervain's tenosynovitis), IYKYK. She was so careful with that part of my wrist and yet still was able to massage the other parts of my hand so carefully and firmly. I so appreciated her attention to detail and really felt like she understood the body, tendons, muscles, because of the concentration of her strokes. It was so healing for me, and I wanted to make sure I shared and would highly recommend Regina again. All that to say, I am grateful for Adrienne for being attentive to customer feedback and offering to redeem that one off experience to allow me to experience such a great one. (Shower light was also working nicely this time so again, just felt feedback was heeded and fixed.) If any family or friends just had a baby, I definitely recommend a massage to give mom/dad some time for themselves for rest and relaxation! So worth it!

I had an absolutely amazing experience today at Spavia King of Prussia! From start to finish, I felt so welcomed, cared for, and respected—especially as someone with a disability. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs without making me feel like a burden. Regina gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic—I left feeling like a whole new person! Alexa followed up with the *Summer Sunset Illumination Facial*, and wow—I am still glowing. She took the time to explain each step and tailored everything to my skin’s needs. The seasonal touch was refreshing, and my face has never felt so hydrated and smooth. Both Regina and Alexa were not only talented, but kind, respectful, and deeply professional. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful and inclusive spa experience!
